- Participation in courses:

- The course is a multitude of pre-recorded videos, which can be watched at any time.
- Each course has a specific duration for follow-up on the site, and we are not responsible for the trainees failure to view the material during this period for any reason.
- The amount of interest earned from the course varies from one listener to another, and the trainee is not entitled to claim a refund of the amount or part of it due to the fact that he did not benefit from the course.
- The trainee must transfer the full amount of the course , and in case of a deficiency the trainee is obliged to complete it later .
Refund:
The trainee is not entitled to a refund in one of the following cases:
- Access of the material to the trainee.
- Inability to view the material due to the special circumstances of the trainee.
- Violation of one of the provisions of this Agreement.
- The existence of a technical problem caused by the trainee prevents him from completing the course.
- The trainee does not benefit from the course, as the benefit of the course varies from one trainee to another.
- The participation of the trainee and the visitor shall be cancelled in the event of writing offensive comments and offensive phrases as they fall under legal accountability with no refund of the subscription amount if any.
- An intern or visitor may not place links or promote a product on our site.
- The Department has the right to suspend the trainees subscription with no refund in case of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
